The event aims to provide a global platform for exchanging best practices in human resource development and aviation training in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Region. The key objectives of the Symposium include supporting States in developing customized training programmes, updating participants on emerging trends and tools in aviation training, fostering collaboration between aviation organizations and academic institutions, advancing ICAO’s Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) initiative, and inspiring youth to pursue careers in aviation. The Symposium welcomes the participation of all relevant entities.
