15 April 2026 – bitsensing, a leading radar solution company, today announced that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Stress Solution, an AI digital healthcare company, to build an integrated healthcare model based on biometric data.
The purpose of the agreement is to implement an integrated healthcare model that connects measurement, interpretation, intervention, and feedback by combining bitsensing’s radar-based sleep and occupancy sensing technology with Stress Solution’s HRV (heart rate variability)-based personalized sound technology.
First Collaborative Project: Smart Showroom
As their first collaborative project following the agreement, the two companies will jointly participate in the development of a smart showroom currently being promoted by a Korean construction company. The showroom is designed as a smart environment in which lighting, blinds, media, and sound are automatically activated the moment a user enters the space, based on sensors that detect occupancy.
- In this project, Stress Solution will be responsible for the speaker and sound domain, while bitsensing’s radar technology will detect movement.
- When a user enters the space, a personalized sound optimized for the individual’s condition and the surrounding environment will be played automatically (a solution called HealingBeats). When the user leaves the space, both the power and sound will be turned off simultaneously.
- Through this structure, the companies plan to provide a new type of wellness experience in which the space itself responds to the user’s health condition.
By combining their technologies, the two companies aim to build an integrated management model that goes beyond simply providing data and leads to actual improvement. The companies also seek to develop personalized sound programs based on sleep data, with the goal of enhancing the user experience so that it goes beyond information delivery and leads to behavioral change and continued use.
With this MOU, the companies aim to expand their cooperation across various B2B and B2G markets, including senior care, corporate welfare, smart housing, and hotels.
