Historic Signing While Flying Marks Major Step in FFG’s Strategy to Bring Electric

Aircraft into Regional Transportation and Multipurpose Aviation Operations

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt., Nov. 5, 2026 — Future Flight Global (FFG), an advanced

aviation and mobility management company, today announced the signing of a deposit-

backed, binding aircraft term sheet with BETA Technologies (NYSE: BETA), an

aerospace and defense company, which includes 10 firm orders plus 10 options of

BETA’s all-electric ALIA conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) aircraft. FFG intends to

deploy these aircraft in support of its regional mobility operations. The agreement

advances FFG’s strategy to integrate electric aircraft into practical, commercially viable

aviation operations.

Aboard BETA’s ALIA CTOL aircraft, Karan Singh, founder and chief executive officer of

Future Flight Global, and Kyle Clark, founder and chief executive officer of BETA

Technologies, finalized the agreement in flight. The signing underscores the two

companies’ shared focus on moving electric aviation from promise to real-world

operations. Both CEOs are pilots — Singh is a 5,000-hour Boeing 737 airline captain,

and Clark is a BETA test pilot and certified flight instructor with more than 4,000 hours in

fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft and more than 200 test flights in BETA’s electric

aircraft.

“This deal goes far beyond an aircraft transaction – it is a true partnership between two

companies that inherently believe in and are deeply committed to the future of electric

aviation,” said Singh. “FFG intends to build on this foundation immediately and will be

announcing the planned deployment of these revolutionary aircraft very soon. Of

course, signing aboard the ALIA while flying with Kyle was a moment I’ll always cherish

as a pilot.”

For FFG, the agreement is part of a broader approach to mobility management that

brings together aircraft, operational expertise, and strategic partnerships to serve

evolving transportation needs. Beyond urban air taxis, FFG is developing a

multipurpose model for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) that will support passenger

transportation, medical missions, cargo, ecotourism and defense logistics.

The ALIA CTOL is designed to use existing airport infrastructure, offering a pathway for

electric aircraft to serve regional routes and other missions without requiring verticaltakeoff and landing infrastructure. BETA’s aircraft family is designed to support a range

of applications, including passenger transportation, cargo and medical logistics.

“Future Flight Global’s leadership team has spent almost 30 years operating in business

aviation, and they know exactly what it takes to run a fleet profitably,” said Clark. “When

operators with that depth of experience commit early to our ALIA CTOL aircraft, it

validates the economic case for electric aviation. We’re flying together under the eIPP in

Texas and Utah, out of Alliance Fort Worth and Salt Lake City, so we are already

building the operational foundation for commercial service. There was no better place to

finalize this partnership than onboard an ALIA CTOL in flight.”

The binding term sheet establishes a foundation for the companies to work together on

the practical application of electric aircraft. Their collaboration is intended to extend

beyond aircraft acquisition, with potential joint opportunities in selected international

markets.

As FFG develops its mobility management business that already includes a live charter

division of private jets, the company is pursuing opportunities that connect current

aviation capabilities with the longer-term transition to advanced and electric aircraft. Its

approach includes developing operational models and market opportunities that can

help bring emerging aircraft technologies into service across a variety of missions.
