North Defence, a European manufacturer of light mobility vehicles (LMVs), today announced a partnership with STARK, a European defence technology company specialising in unmanned systems.
The partnership will accelerate the integration of STARK’s “Cascade“ tube-launched loitering munition across North Defence’s manned light mobility vehicles and next-generation unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), creating a mobile precision-strike capability that can be rapidly deployed.
The modular approach will enable Cascade to be integrated across multiple vehicle configurations, providing customers with a scalable pathway from existing mobility platforms to increasingly autonomous systems.

North Defence’s modular vehicle architecture already allows for rapid integration across multiple chassis types, supporting flexible deployment across a wide range of mission profiles. Integrating a tube-launched loitering munition adds a precision-strike capability while retaining the mobility and modularity of the underlying platform.
The collaboration is designed to further reduce the time between system development and frontline deployment, enabling militaries to respond faster to evolving operational requirements.

Both companies will pursue joint opportunities across multiple programmes, with initial efforts focused on Cascade integration across North Defence’s LMV platforms and upcoming UGV solutions.
