Sarah Nilsson
Sarah is a pilot, an Arizona licensed aviation attorney, and a tenured professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) in Prescott, Arizona. She volunteers as an FAA Safety Team Representative and is widely published on global drone and AAM regulations, including her book Drones Across the World with ERAU.

Tracy is an 18-year active duty Commander and Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy* whose global service includes operational assignments at sea and ashore advising decision makers in peace and in combat. Rex Alexander, with 40+ years in military, general, and commercial aviation as a pilot, technician, and safety expert, is a global authority on vertical flight infrastructure. Founder and president of Five-Alpha LLC, he provides specialized education and insights on its unique challenges. Since 2019, he has been the Infrastructure Advisor to the Vertical Flight Society.

Joanna Wieczorek
Joanna is a renowned Polish aviation attorney with 18 years of experience supporting aviation companies in Europe, specializing in general aviation, drones and innovative air mobility. Jason is the Director of Unmanned Aircraft for the Texas Department of Public Safety. Widely recognized as a subject matter expert in the UAS community, he specializes in public safety UAS operations & administration. In his role as Director, Jason oversees the largest public safety UAS program in the nation with over 350 remote pilots & unmanned aircraft.

Bronwyn Morgan
Bronwyn is a Part 107 certified drone pilot, FAA Safety Representative and Drone Pro. She founded Airversity Drone Academy, offering professional UAV pilot training and consulting, and MOUV UAM, focusing on AAM pilot training and smart cockpits. Morgan also leads Xeo Air, an AI-driven platform for drone mission management and data analytics and hosts the popular Xeo Air podcast.

Abby Smith, Founder and CEO of Andersmith Solutions LLC, is a veteran aviation expert with 33 years at the FAA. Michelle is a federal integrator, collaborative leader, aviation systems and operational expert, and strategist. Phil is a Retired Rear Admiral (NOAA), Senior VP at TriVector Services and the ASTM F38 Committee Chair. Peter Karanja is an expert drone pilot specializing in surveillance, mapping and agricultural spraying in East Africa. A former freelance writer with extensive UAV knowledge, he is founder of CaptainKDrone.com, a leading blog on African and global drone industry insights. Karanja combines hands-on piloting experience with authoritative content creation to advance drone technology adoption worldwide.

Clint Harper
Clint Harper is an aviation infrastructure and policy consultant with 26 years of experience spanning airfield operations, planning, and advanced air mobility integration. He has worked across federal, state, local, and tribal levels of government, helping to align aviation systems with broader transportation, regulatory, and community goals. Juan is a commercial pilot with a degree in Geodesy, a master’s in digital photogrammetry and an MBA in International Finance. Since 2013 Juan has specialized in the integration of crewed and uncrewed aviation in the National Airspace System (NAS) in the USA, Europe and Latin America. Juan is also the CEO of Plaza Aerospace, an aviation consulting company based in Boca Raton, FL.

Philip Hicks
Philip Hicks is the multi-award-winning founder and principal consultant of disruptive tech and innovation PR consultancy Pravo Consulting and co-founder and partner in Campaign Catapult, a joint service agency that provides business development, PR research, bid support and marketing for drone, robotics and AI clients in civilian and defence markets. He devised the launch and led PR for a European rotary drone OEM and has worked on technology and aerospace-related programmes in Russia and the Middle East, latterly supporting the UK’s drone industry association ARPAS-UK and a number of global businesses focused on the uncrewed sector.

Pramod Raheja
Pramod Raheja is the CEO & Co-Founder of Airgility, Inc., an AI and aerial autonomous systems company in the Washington DC Metro area, bringing over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and expertise as an Airline Transport Pilot with 15,000+ flight hours across 30+ aircraft types. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland and completed MIT’s Entrepreneurial Master’s Program. He describes himself as “half geek and half sales guy” with a passion for using innovative aerospace technologies to solve real-world problems.

Dan Juhlin
Dan is the Principal Consultant at Juhlin Remote Pilot Consulting. For over a decade he has been a leader in the Canadian RPAS ecosystem and as deep experience across the full value chain of drone projects. Using a Systems Thinking approach and as one of the few RPAS generalists in the country, Dan helps organizations cut through the fog to create maximum value from their programs.

Charlton Evans is Charlton Evans is CEO of End State Solutions and a commercial pilot with 35+ years of aviation expertise in FAA drone certification, BVLOS operations, disaster response, and AAM integration.
